Itinerary

1. Day 1

   Cochin to Munnar, Cheeyappara Waterfalls

   Arrive at Cochin airport or Ernakulam railway station, where our representative will meet you and drive you to Munnar (approx 4-5 hours by road). En route, stop at Cheeyappara Waterfalls. On arrival in Munnar, check in to your hotel and relax. The evening is free at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay in Munnar.

2. Day 2

   Munnar Sightseeing, Mattupetty, Eco Point & Tea Museum

   After breakfast, spend the day exploring Munnar: Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, the Tea Museum, Pothamedu viewpoint and more. Return to the hotel and relax. The evening is free at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay in Munnar.

3. Day 3

   Munnar to Thekkady, Spice Plantation Visit

   After breakfast, check out and drive to Thekkady (approx 3.5-4 hours). Visit a spice plantation and a coffee and tea estate, and learn how cardamom, pepper and cinnamon are grown. Return to the hotel in the evening and relax. Overnight stay in Thekkady

4. Day 4

   Periyar Tiger Reserve & Alleppey Houseboat Stay

   After an early breakfast, check out and visit Periyar Tiger Reserve for a jungle safari or boat ride (on direct payment basis, paid at the reserve). Then drive to Alleppey (approx 4 hours) and board your private houseboat (check-in usually around 12 noon). Cruise past paddy fields and village life, and enjoy a sunset on the backwaters. Dinner and overnight stay on the houseboat. Houseboats are moored by evening, so there is no overnight cruising.

5. Day 5

   Alleppey to Cochin City Tour

   After breakfast, check out of the houseboat and drive to Cochin (approx 1.5 hours). Enjoy a half-day city tour covering: • Dutch Palace (closed Friday) • Jewish Synagogue (closed Friday and Saturday) • St. Francis Church (closed Sunday) • Chinese Fishing Nets • Maritime Museum (closed Monday) • Dutch Cemetery • Santa Cruz Cathedral Closing days are subject to change. Dinner and overnight stay in Kochi.

6. Day 6

   Departure from Cochin

   After breakfast, check out of the hotel and transfer to Cochin (Kochi) airport or Ernakulam railway station for your onward journey.
